This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.
• Ensure the legal documentation for onboarding new employees is in order.
• Manage the enrollment of new employees in social security entities and private insurance.
• Process withdrawals from both state and private entities.
• Receive, validate, and register payroll updates, including overtime, absences, leaves, and deductions.
• Ensure the accurate application of deductions and benefits.
• Prepare information for payroll settlement in BUK for Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico.
• Send relevant information to partners in Argentina and Uruguay.
• Assist in validating and reviewing calculations prior to payment execution.
• Generate employment certificates, payroll reports, and other administrative documents.
• Keep employee records and files updated in internal systems.
• Handle salary and social security information with confidentiality.
• Adhere to internal information security policies and data protection regulations.
• Degree in business administration, accounting, human resources, or related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and social security processes.
• Experience leading payroll processes in different countries, specifically in at least 2 of the countries where the company currently operates.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, preferably BUK.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and social security in at least 2 countries where the company has a presence.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables and basic formulas for calculations and data analysis.
• Experience in employee enrollment and withdrawal processes in social security entities and private insurance.
• Desirable experience with Python for platform integrations.
• Ability to work autonomously.
