Payroll and Salary Administration Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Employ a diverse range of teaching methodologies

• Create and develop educational materials in line with the curriculum

• Carry out competency assessments

• Assist course participants in enhancing their competencies

• Act as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator for students

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant commercial training paired with professional experience in payroll and salary accounting

• Alternatively, training as a tax clerk or HR administrator is acceptable

• Teaching experience in one or more of the following areas: payroll and salary accounting with DATEV; payroll and salary accounting with Lexware; basics of payroll and salary calculation; advanced payroll and salary calculation

• Proof of pedagogical qualification (AEVO)

• Excellent command of the instructional language, German (C2 level)
