This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.
• Ensure the legal documentation for the initiation of contracts with new Stackers.
• Manage the affiliation of new employees with social security entities and private insurance.
• Process withdrawals in state and private entities according to established procedures.
• Receive, validate, and register employee updates, including overtime, disabilities, leaves, and deductions.
• Ensure the correct application of deductions and benefits.
• Prepare information for payroll settlements in BUK for Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico, and send it to the partner in Argentina and Uruguay.
• Support in validating and reviewing calculations before executing payments.
• Draft labor certificates, payroll reports, and other administrative documents.
• Keep employee records and files updated in internal systems.
• Handle salary and social security information confidentially.
• Adhere to internal information security policies and data protection regulations.
• Professional degree in business administration, accounting, human resources, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and social security processes.
• Experience leading payroll processes in different countries, with at least 2 of the countries where the company operates.
• Proficient in payroll systems, preferably BUK.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and social security in at least 2 of the countries where the company operates.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables and basic formulas for calculations and data analysis.
• Experience in employee affiliation and withdrawal processes in social security entities and private insurance.
• Desirable experience working with Python for platform integrations.
• Ability to work autonomously.
