Payroll Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Teaching subject-specific content from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Employing a diverse range of teaching strategies to create engaging lessons.

• Preparing and developing learning materials that align with the curriculum.

• Conducting assessments to evaluate competencies.

• Assisting participants in enhancing their skills and integrating professionally.

• Serving as both a content provider and a facilitator for learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant vocational training with practical experience in payroll accounting.

• Background as a tax assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or specialist in HR administration.

• Experience in teaching one or more of the following subjects: payroll accounting using DATEV; payroll accounting with Lexware; basics of payroll processing; advanced payroll processing.

• Certification of pedagogical qualification (AEVO).

• Proficient command of German for instructional purposes (C2 level).
