This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver comprehensive end-to-end payroll processing assistance for Managed Payroll clientele.
• Oversee multiple clients with diverse deadlines in a dynamic work setting.
• Serve as the designated Specialist for Managed Payroll and Payroll Administrative clients.
• Provide support for OSV payroll, tax, and garnishment clients as necessary within the service team.
• Manage and respond to daily inquiries while adhering to service-level agreements and client satisfaction objectives.
• Address internal escalated inquiries from the payroll team and other stakeholders.
• Resolve client concerns, address escalations, conduct and document root cause analyses, and enact corrective measures.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with clients.
• Engage in new client transitions and other service-area discussions.
• Configure basic to medium-complexity Workday pay components, deductions, and run categories.
• Assist with the year-end process and special projects.
• Troubleshoot quarter-end and year-end audit reports and provide recommendations to clients.
• Achieve quality and production targets as outlined in scorecards.
• Maintain documentation for payroll services support.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customer teams to assist clients and address requests.
• Facilitate Workday payroll configuration and year-end tasks.
• Associate's degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in Payroll encompassing end-to-end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting.
• More than 3 years of Customer Experience or demonstrated capabilities to function at this level.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, intermediate payroll configuration, and payroll compliance.
• Experience with multi-jurisdiction tax, payroll year-end, and W-2 support and adjustments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Robust understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical, data entry, and research capabilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and mathematical skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple clients, meet stringent deadlines, and navigate competing demands.
• Preferred: experience in an outsourcing setting, payroll or tax, Workday, and Salesforce applications.
