This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the complete payroll process across various countries, focusing mainly on Hungary and other EU nations.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments.

• Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in collaboration with Finance and HR.

• Oversee multi-country payroll operations, factoring in labor laws, taxation, and compliance reporting requirements.

• Stay updated on payroll legislation, regulations, and tax obligations.

• Maintain precise, confidential, and secure payroll data for employees.

• Manage modifications in employment terms, including overtime, bonuses, leave, and timesheets.

• Provide payroll assistance to employees and uphold payroll processes and supporting documentation.

• Relay payroll-related information to employees effectively.

• Supervise external payroll and benefits service providers.

• Assist with data analysis and reporting for payroll and People Systems.

• Generate and assess payroll reports, offering recommendations for enhancements.

• Aid in benefits-related initiatives in designated areas.

• Oversee and document changes made by Finance in the payroll system.

• Prepare monthly reconciliation files for payroll-associated accounts in collaboration with Finance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR/Payroll Administration.

• Expertise in payroll and HRIS tools, such as BambooHR.

• Familiarity with labor laws, policies, and regulations across various countries is considered an advantage.

• Outstanding relationship-building and collaborative abilities within global teams.

• Excellent project management and time management capabilities.

• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to function effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

• High ethical standards and a commitment to data confidentiality and legal/regulatory compliance.

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in payroll management.
