This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Regional Service Delivery teams that handle payroll processes, time and attendance, and associated regional services.

• Identify both immediate and long-term support requirements, service models, and operational frameworks.

• Address payroll inquiries from employees, managers, and HR representatives.

• Administer payroll processes and manage key performance indicators for outsourced payroll service delivery.

• Supervise the management, documentation, and communication of regional payroll policies, programs, and procedures.

• Handle payroll calculations, which include wages, deductions, and employee payments.

• Establish payroll schedules, reconciliations, special processing plans, and documentation of business and local requirements.

• Keep track of regional government regulations and labor law changes impacting payroll processes.

• Manage regional employee records, encompassing tax documents and employee files.

• Review reconciliation and report preparation processes.

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple large-scale transition initiatives.

• Provide strategic direction for payroll and time and attendance compliance, productivity, and efficiency.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing on innovative approaches and best practices.

• Influence stakeholders and other service providers to achieve strategic objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• At least 5 years of experience managing a large payroll function.

• In-depth expertise with payroll systems.

• Familiarity with time and attendance systems, preferably in manufacturing settings.

• Proven project management skills, with the ability to document, plan, market, and implement programs.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Experience providing independent technical advice and support to HR stakeholders.

• Strong consultative skills with the capability to influence, advise, and guide others.

• Ability to formulate recommendations and propose solutions to challenges beyond established parameters.

• Proven judgment in decision-making and managing complex tasks or issues.

• Capacity to evaluate information quality and ask relevant questions to stakeholders.

• Skill in transferring knowledge and fostering development through coaching and mentoring.

• Ability to work autonomously by leading, guiding, and coordinating others within a defined budget.

• Logical, structured, and process-oriented thought processes.

• Detail-oriented and numerically savvy with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Understanding of finance in a business context.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
