• Manage the configuration and testing of UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management, including changes to pay rules, setup of earnings and deductions, integration monitoring, release testing, and troubleshooting.
• Enhance payroll procedures by identifying manual processes, error-prone transitions, and reconciliation discrepancies, then designing and implementing effective solutions.
• Oversee daily timekeeping activities, which encompass schedule and pay rule maintenance, resolution of exceptions, and support for managers.
• Create and maintain procedural documentation and provide training for end-users.
• Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations.
• Generate payroll registers, funding reports, and any requested details for Accounting to facilitate month-end closing and audits.
• Aid in the management of state and local tax registrations, notifications, and account upkeep.
• Administer wage garnishments, levies, and support orders.

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, People Ops, and Care teams on reporting and cross-functional payroll issues.
• Support transitions, implementations, module rollouts, and migrations of HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems, including configuration testing, parallel runs, data validation, and post-cutover reconciliation.
• Over 5 years of multi-state payroll experience in the US, including full-cycle processing for a workforce exceeding 2,000 employees.
• More than 2 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management at a configuration level, focusing on pay rules, earnings and deductions, integrations, and release testing — not just end-user experience.
