This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of comprehensive payroll operations for a designated portfolio of APAC regions.
• Manage payroll schedules, data cut-off dates, checklists, and action tracking tools.
• Gather and assess payroll inputs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to documented requirements.
• Collaborate with local payroll providers and in-country specialists to ensure actions are completed effectively.
• Assist in payroll validations, reconciliations, and output quality checks.
• Investigate standard payroll issues and escalate more complex cases with clear context and evidence.
• Support payroll-related employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, salary adjustments, bonuses, leave impacts, final payouts, and offboarding.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), country-specific checklists, process maps, control documentation, and knowledge base resources.
• Monitor payroll deadlines, potential risks, outstanding actions, service levels, and recurring issues.
• Contribute to process enhancement and automation projects.
• Assist with the onboarding of new territories and the transition of payroll knowledge into managed operations.
• Over 5 years of experience in payroll operations, processing, or validation.
• Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment while managing detailed data with precision.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a capability to adhere to structured processes while identifying gaps or inconsistencies.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritizing effectively, and flagging risks early.
• Strong skills in spreadsheets and data management, including validation, reconciliations, and handling extensive datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for interactions with internal teams and external partners.
• Good judgment when dealing with confidential employee, payroll, and financial information.
• Located in the Philippines and available to work primarily during Philippine and APAC business hours.
• Experience in payroll, Employer of Record, shared services, or multi-country operations.
• Fully remote position based in the Philippines.
