This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
• Create and maintain employment contracts, job descriptions, and personnel records.
• Serve as a key contact for employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll.
• Coordinate monthly payroll input with external Swiss payroll providers, including managing timesheets, leave, allowances, and payroll data.
• Act as the Responsible Person for the Swiss entity.
• Ensure adherence to Swiss labor leasing regulations and employment legislation.
• Supervise compliant employee assignments, salary accuracy, social security contributions, and compliance with staffing industry GAV requirements.
• Maintain compliance documentation and assist with regulatory audits and inspections.
• Serve as the main contact for SECO and cantonal authorities.
• Facilitate process improvements and uphold HR operational best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure Swiss employee engagements are compliant and in line with company standards.
• Report directly to the Head of Legal and the COO.
• Experience in labor leasing, staffing operations, HR, recruitment, or a related field, with a strong focus on operational involvement.
• Comprehensive understanding of Swiss labor leasing regulations, Swiss employment law, and staffing industry GAV requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage staffing or HR operations with a high level of compliance and accuracy.
• Experience interacting with Swiss regulatory authorities, including audits, inspections, and compliance communications.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and coordinating payroll administration within a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of building trust in HR matters.
• Ability to work autonomously and excel in a dynamic, international setting.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss/EU citizenship, Permit B, or Permit C).
• Proficiency in English at B2, C1, or fluent level.
