πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assume complete ownership of the monthly payroll process in Sweden utilizing the Agda PS payroll system.

β€’ Oversee and coordinate payroll functions for Norway and Finland in collaboration with external payroll providers.

β€’ Examine, verify, and authorize payroll inputs, reports, and outputs.

β€’ Manage payroll documentation, reporting, audits, and compliance with statutory requirements.

β€’ Act as the primary liaison for payroll-related inquiries from employees, managers, vendors, and authorities.

β€’ Ensure adherence to local payroll laws, tax regulations, collective agreements, and company policies.

β€’ Oversee daily HR operations and administration across Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

β€’ Facilitate onboarding, employment modifications, and offboarding processes.

β€’ Maintain employee records and HR systems in alignment with GDPR and local legal standards.

β€’ Offer HR support to employees and management.

β€’ Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and other employment-related documents.

β€’ Counsel managers on performance management, absence management, disciplinary procedures, employee relations, and workplace issues.

β€’ Administer employee benefits throughout the Nordic countries and manage enrollments, changes, communications, and vendor partnerships.

β€’ Assist in compensation and salary review processes.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration.

β€’ Demonstrated experience in managing payroll processes, particularly with Agda PS payroll.

β€’ Familiarity with working alongside outsourced payroll providers.

β€’ Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices in Sweden.

β€’ Experience in advising managers on employee relations and HR processes.

β€’ Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

β€’ Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.

β€’ Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
