This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Supervise the Global HR Operations team consisting of seven members.
β’ Detect global compliance deficiencies and create strategies to address them.
β’ Oversee current global company policies and create new ones.
β’ Collaborate with regional HR Business Partners to uphold regional policies and procedures.
β’ Work alongside the Legal team on special initiatives and compliance matters.
β’ Manage HR internal controls and liaise with both internal and external auditors.
β’ Act as the subject matter expert for global HRIS employee lifecycle processes.
β’ Provide training to HR Business Partners and users on procedures, processes, and new features.
β’ Ensure HR practices, policies, processes, and procedures comply with regulations.
β’ Oversee onboarding and offboarding compliance for U.S. personnel, including responses to unemployment claims.
β’ Collaborate with HR Technology on system setup, process optimization, and data governance.
β’ Create and oversee a global data audit strategy.
β’ Handle escalations with HR Technology Partners regarding system and data challenges.
β’ Assist with Talent Management special projects and initiatives.
β’ Work with regional teams to guarantee consistency in global processes.
β’ Manage U.S. Immigration cases.
β’ Develop the immigration program and advise managers on immigration laws and best practices.
β’ Collaborate with Managers and Finance regarding program funding.
β’ Serve as the program owner and main liaison with the immigration law firm.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related business field is required.
β’ A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in managing a Human Resources team and/or progressive experience as an HR Generalist/Business Partner with HR operations experience.
β’ HRIS experience is mandatory.
β’ Familiarity with Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations is essential.
β’ Proven experience in developing processes, procedures, and policies to support U.S. employment laws.
β’ Experience with AI-driven tools to enhance workflows, streamline processes, or achieve measurable outcomes.
β’ Knowledge of SAP or iCIMS is a plus.
β’ Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
β’ Strong leadership, project management, and organizational capabilities.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple projects and adhere to critical deadlines.
β’ Ability to collaborate with teams across various regions.
