This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Develop and execute human resources practices and strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
β’ Ensure synchronization between employees and management within designated business units.
β’ Act as a consultant for business partners, fostering collaborations within HR and specified business units.
β’ Create practices that enhance the employee experience significantly.
β’ Support the organization in achieving business objectives and managing transitions effectively.
β’ Implement strategies across areas such as organizational development, succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organization design, and change management.
β’ Identify training and executive coaching requirements.
β’ Promote a culture focused on employee engagement, emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, high performance, diversity, and inclusion.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for leadership and employees within the assigned departments.
β’ Provide insights on workforce planning, strategy, operations, and human resources practices.
β’ Offer daily performance management support, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
β’ Ensure compliance with governmental, labor, legal, and reporting standards.
β’ Collaborate with the legal department as necessary.
β’ Address complex employee relations matters and develop workforce practices, procedures, and guidelines.
β’ Utilize analytics to evaluate business challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
β’ Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate consistent HR practices.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate a workforce diversity strategy that encourages inclusion.
β’ Participate in the development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
β’ Monitor organizational culture to align with company goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
β’ Maintain and update necessary federal and state postings.
β’ Assist with special projects and perform other assigned responsibilities.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
β’ Preferred experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
β’ Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail abilities.
β’ Capability to maintain strict confidentiality concerning sensitive employee matters.
β’ Knowledge of organizational design and development principles.
β’ Experience in influencing partner decisions to facilitate the execution of departmental and organizational strategies.
β’ Comfort in navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
β’ Understanding of HR policies/procedures and local, state, and federal employment laws.
β’ Ability to analyze information, diagnose needs, and make swift, accurate decisions.
β’ Excellent teamwork abilities and proficiency in operating within a matrixed structure.
β’ Proficient in reading and comprehending written and spoken English.
β’ Capability to communicate clearly and effectively.
β’ Ability to meet performance and attendance expectations.
β’ Understanding of privacy policies and HIPAA laws and regulations regarding confidentiality and security of protected health information.
β’ Physical capability to stoop, bend, sit, and/or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift/carry files and business materials.
