This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Develop and execute HR practices and strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
• Ensure a cohesive alignment between employees and management within specified business units.
• Serve as a consultant for business partners by fostering collaborations between HR and business units.
• Establish practices that deliver an outstanding employee experience.
• Support the organization in achieving business goals and managing transitions effectively.
• Identify trends and challenges, creating integrated solutions with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement HR practices related to organizational development, succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organizational design, and change management.
• Assess training needs and executive coaching requirements.
• Cultivate an employee-centric culture that prioritizes quality, continuous improvement, high performance, diversity, and inclusion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for leadership and employees in designated departments.
• Offer guidance on workforce planning, strategy, operations, and HR practices.
• Provide daily performance management support, including coaching, counseling, career development, and handling disciplinary actions.
• Ensure adherence to governmental, labor, legal, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with the legal department as necessary.
• Manage complex employee relations matters.
• Utilize analytics to evaluate business challenges, pinpoint root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Build and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work together with HR functions to maintain consistent practices, policies, and procedures.
• Formulate a diversity strategy that promotes workforce inclusion.
• Engage in departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
• Observe and monitor the organizational culture to ensure alignment with company goals and employee satisfaction.
• Keep required federal and state postings updated.
• Meet departmental and company performance and attendance standards.
• Adhere to PacificSource privacy policies and HIPAA regulations regarding protected health information.
• Assist with special projects and undertake other assigned responsibilities.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Preferred experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality concerning sensitive employee matters.
• Knowledge of organizational design and development principles.
• Experience in influencing partner decisions to advance departmental and organizational strategies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence all levels within the organization.
• Familiarity with HR policies/procedures and local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Competence in analyzing information, diagnosing needs, and making quick and accurate decisions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to function in a matrixed environment.
• Proficient in reading and comprehending written and spoken English.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Physical ability to stoop and bend, sit and/or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift and carry files and business materials.
