This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Design and execute HR strategies and practices that align with business goals.
β’ Ensure that there is synergy between employees and management within specific business units.
β’ Act as a consultant for business partners by fostering collaboration between HR and business units.
β’ Create initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
β’ Support the organization in achieving business objectives and managing transitions.
β’ Implement practices related to organizational development, succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organization design, and change management.
β’ Identify training requirements and individual coaching needs for executives.
β’ Cultivate a workplace culture that prioritizes quality, continuous improvement, high performance, diversity, and inclusion.
β’ Serve as the main contact for leadership and employees within assigned departments.
β’ Offer guidance on workforce planning, strategic initiatives, operational matters, and HR practices.
β’ Provide daily performance management advice, which includes coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary measures.
β’ Ensure compliance with governmental, labor, legal, and reporting standards.
β’ Collaborate with the legal department as necessary.
β’ Handle complex employee relations challenges.
β’ Utilize analytics to evaluate business challenges, pinpoint root causes, and implement effective solutions.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate strategies for workforce diversity.
β’ Engage in setting departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
β’ Monitor the organizational culture and employee satisfaction levels.
β’ Keep federal and state postings updated as required.
β’ Meet departmental and company performance and attendance standards.
β’ Adhere to PacificSource privacy policies and HIPAA regulations.
β’ Assist with special projects and undertake other assigned responsibilities.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
β’ Preferred experience in addressing complex employee relations issues.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
β’ Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail abilities.
β’ Capability to uphold strict confidentiality concerning sensitive employee matters.
β’ Knowledge of principles related to organizational design and development.
β’ Experience in influencing partner decisions to facilitate the execution of departmental and organizational strategies.
β’ Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence all organizational tiers.
β’ Familiarity with HR policies/procedures and employment laws at local, state, and federal levels.
β’ Skill in analyzing information, diagnosing needs, and making prompt and accurate decisions.
β’ Excellent teamwork capabilities and the ability to function within a matrixed organization.
β’ Proficiency in reading and understanding written and spoken English.
β’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
β’ Ability to stoop, bend, sit, and/or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions such as typing/sorting/filing, and lift/carry files and business materials.
