This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct data entry and administrative processing tasks.

• Organise and maintain both paper and electronic records.

• Receive, organise, and handle information efficiently.

• Manage incoming calls and assist customers with basic pension inquiries.

• Generate benefit statements for members.

• Facilitate the opt-in and opt-out process for members of the NHS Pension Scheme.

• Handle refund requests promptly.

• Guide members through the retirement process effectively.

• Submit applications for retirement.

• Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing mail.

• Provide assistance to Senior Pensions Administrators as necessary.

• Support general administrative duties as required.

• Act as the initial point of contact for client staff.

• Resolve queries swiftly, professionally, and in accordance with service level agreements.

• Report directly to the Team Manager.

• Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service within a customer-centric environment.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Capability to prioritise tasks and maintain composure under pressure.

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

• High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

• Willingness to adhere to established procedures.

• Ability to take initiative while working as part of a team.

• Excellent time management capabilities.

• Positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement.

• Logical thinker with proficient problem-solving skills.

• A proactive, “can-do” mindset.

• Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including Maths and English.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Methodical and analytical approach to work.

• Outstanding attention to detail.
