Payroll Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Prepare payroll accounting for Swiss clients independently and autonomously, including mini-jobs, students, temporary staff, interns, and short-term employees.

• Maintain both master and transaction data accurately.

• Conduct time recording and certification tasks.

• Generate statistics and evaluations as needed.

• Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients and various offices, health insurance companies, and social insurance carriers.

• Execute the year-end process efficiently.

• Address inquiries arising from the year-end process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing.

• Proficiency in the Abacus system.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Knowledge of German or French is an advantage.

• Practical experience with a standard billing system.

• Understanding of income tax and social security legislation.

• Proficient in common MS Office tools, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work independently, with a conscientious and well-structured approach.

• Strong focus on customer service and orientation.
