Payments Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage bi-weekly payments to Autodesk partners.

• Ensure adherence to company protocols and SOx controls.

• Promote consistency, utilize best practices, and benchmark with colleagues across different regions.

• Collaborate closely with the Channel program team to address partner inquiries.

• Work in conjunction with Revenue Accounting and Corporate Accounting teams.

• Engage in global team initiatives, such as Robotic Process Automation and system implementations, spanning various time zones.

• Calculate, accrue, disburse, and account for partner incentives.

• Handle regular but stringent deadlines while proactively collaborating with key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting.

• At least 2 years of experience in providing financial, operational, and/or administrative support to high-tech sales organizations.

• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage strict deadlines.

• Driven and quick learner.

• Ability to work within cross-functional teams worldwide across different time zones.

• Enthusiasm for process improvement and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Experience in accounting within a software company is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP, Anaplan, PowerBI, and Business Objects is a plus.
