Head of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance a worldwide factory network along with manufacturing protocols.

• Maintain a strong focus on customer-centricity, minimal order quantities, superior quality, and rapid production timelines.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to establish streamlined workflows.

• Assess, adopt, and utilize AI, automation, and data analytics effectively.

• Define and monitor significant KPIs across manufacturing, customer service, and customer success domains.

• Outline and reconstruct the customer journey from the initial quotation to final delivery.

• Improve the customer experience and user experience (UX).

• Build, guide, and expand distributed teams in manufacturing, customer service, and customer success.

• Supervise Manufacturing, the Global Factory Network, Customer Service, and Customer Success operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in operational leadership.

• Proven experience in high-growth startups, e-commerce platforms, or technology-driven supply chain companies.

• Background at the intersection of intricate physical operations (supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics) and contemporary technology/SaaS.

• Strong aptitude for systems thinking and problem-solving.

• Proficiency in data analysis, complex KPI formulation, and data-driven organizational transformation.

• Experience with modern tools, AI, automation, and comprehensive data analytics.

• Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, marketers, and factory supervisors.

• Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale distributed teams.

• Ability to flourish in a dynamic, remote-first setting.

• High levels of intelligence, business insight, and logical reasoning.

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Willingness to accept constructive feedback and adapt swiftly.
