This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Oversee the operational implementation of patient recruitment and retention tasks for designated clinical studies.
• Manage the translation, printing, and distribution of patient-facing and study materials across various countries.
• Prepare and assemble country-specific regulatory submission packages.
• Monitor and track study timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Smartsheet or other specified project management tools.
• Assist with project-specific, interdepartmental, and role-specific training initiatives.
• Handle large volumes of study-related data while ensuring precise and timely data entry.
• Aid in finance-related activities, including the generation and review of periodic project and financial reports.
• Upload, maintain, and conduct quality control on study documentation within eTMF/Wingspan or other designated systems.
• Ensure that recruitment deliverables are accurate, compliant, and provided within the established timelines.
• Recognize operational risks, data inconsistencies, and delivery challenges; communicate issues and corresponding mitigation strategies.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• A Bachelor's Degree in life sciences is preferred.
• Approximately 2 years of clinical research experience in a site or a CRO.
• Experience in finance is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English; proficiency will be evaluated.
• Proficient word processing skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective presentation abilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
• Computer skills including proficiency in data analysis and presentation software, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
