Patient Engagement Specialist I, Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and respond to incoming requests from active outreach initiatives.

• Employ advanced prospecting strategies to connect with patients in a personalized and engaging manner.

• Conduct 150 to 200 outbound calls each day utilizing an auto-dialer.

• Engage with around 80 to 100 patients and schedule an average of over 19 appointments daily.

• Establish rapport with potential patients and caregivers to facilitate appointment bookings.

• Inform patients about the significance of receiving prescribed services and the advantages of in-home services provided by Sprinter Health.

• Gain insight into each partner's care model to effectively address patient inquiries.

• Collaborate with representatives and healthcare professionals to provide a seamless experience for patients.

• Forward patient inquiries and concerns to relevant teams as necessary.

• Carry out additional tasks and/or projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be able to work in Eastern Time (EDT).

• Minimum of 2 years of outbound call center experience, including at least 1 year in the healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to convey and clarify information to clients.

• Demonstrated capability in managing various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, etc.

• Experience with Zendesk is preferred.

• Experience with Five9 is preferred.

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• High-volume, target-driven responsibilities requiring 150 to 200 outbound calls daily with an auto-dialer.

• Background in on-demand service or healthcare environments.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure atmosphere.
