This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee and direct cross-functional patient engagement initiatives from inception to launch, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and brand-consistent execution.
• Act as the main liaison for designated patient advocacy organizations, overseeing sponsorship commitments and co-branded materials.
• Manage logistics for educational and promotional events, which includes booth materials, shipping arrangements, staffing schedules, and lead-capture technologies.
• Aggregate marketing metrics from Digital Analytics and create executive dashboards that connect engagement to pipeline and patient KPIs.
• Monitor line-item expenditures, reconcile invoices, and uphold precise budget forecasts.
• Propel production schedules for patient videos, case studies, blogs, and other narrative assets in collaboration with Creative and Medical Affairs.
• 4–10 years of experience in project or program management within diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare marketing, or patient advocacy.
• Experience in Oncology or a similarly regulated healthcare setting.
• Direct or indirect involvement with patient-centered educational campaigns and advocacy initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a graduate degree in healthcare, science, or business is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, including the creation of detailed timelines, RACIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and budget management skills.
• Capacity to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, accessible language for patients.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in executive presentations.
• Familiarity with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and the Google Workspace suite.
