Patient Engagement Officer – Community

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and engage with our user community and ambassador network.

• Coordinate events and grassroots initiatives across France.

• Establish enduring relationships with users and stakeholders involved in their care experience.

• Identify, assess, and monitor opportunities arising from these efforts.

• Collaborate with the sales, clinical, and marketing departments.

• Create innovative initiatives to enhance engagement and elevate Össur’s visibility.

• Oversee activity tracking in Salesforce while maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Strong passion for disability, amputation, and rehabilitation.

• Proven experience in community engagement.

• Capability to work autonomously and propel projects forward.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities with a strong inclination for field-based work; sales experience is a plus.

• Proficient in digital tools and a CRM system like Salesforce.

• Professional proficiency in English to communicate effectively with international teams.

• Strong aptitude for uniting diverse stakeholders around a common project.
