This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement comprehensive employee communication strategies that align with business goals, corporate communication frameworks, company culture, and organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and functional teams to produce clear, timely, and engaging communications for employees.
• Develop and oversee communications through various channels including email, intranet, digital platforms, employee meetings, town halls, videos, newsletters, presentations, and leadership messages.
• Craft executive communications such as talking points, leadership messages, presentations, town hall materials, and announcements for employees.
• Simplify complex business information into clear, engaging, and accessible communications.
• Assist in communication efforts related to organizational change, business transformation, culture, employee engagement, and key company initiatives.
• Create communication plans that outline timelines, target audiences, messages, and channels for significant initiatives.
• Track employee feedback and engagement metrics, proposing communication strategies based on findings.
• Formulate and execute community engagement strategies that align with corporate citizenship and community investment priorities.
• Collaborate with business leaders, employees, nonprofit organizations, and community partners to uncover engagement opportunities.
• Direct communications for volunteer efforts, charitable contributions, employee-led community initiatives, and corporate social responsibility programs.
• Generate narratives and content that showcase the company's impact within local communities.
• Organize community events, employee volunteer initiatives, and engagement campaigns.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to enhance employee participation in community programs.
• Evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of community engagement programs.
• Create employee and community stories that reflect the company's values, culture, purpose, and business priorities.
• Write and refine articles, newsletters, executive communications, presentations, social media content, videos, and other communication materials.
• Identify and curate stories suitable for both internal and external channels across FUJIFILM Americas and for global dissemination.
• Ensure that all communications adhere to company branding, voice, tone, and communication standards.
• Provide guidance to leaders and cross-functional partners regarding communication strategy, audience targeting, timing, messaging, and delivery methods.
• Oversee multiple projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• 10-12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, employee communications, public relations, community engagement, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing employee communication strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational competencies.
• Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in navigating a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience in crafting communications for diverse audiences and various communication channels.
• Preferred: experience in a global or large corporate setting.
• Preferred: experience in supporting organizational change and employee engagement initiatives.
• Preferred: experience in community relations, corporate social responsibility, employee volunteerism, or charitable giving programs.
• Preferred: experience in executive communications.
• Preferred: experience with internal digital communication platforms, intranets, employee applications, or collaborative tools.
• Preferred: experience using employee engagement data, surveys, analytics, or other metrics to shape communication strategies.
• Experience in a communications agency is an advantage.
