This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Facilitate discussions and collaborate with leads from specific functional areas and solution partners to pinpoint challenges impacting effective patient enrollment.
• Gather and analyze data to underpin informed business decisions and document mutually agreed-upon solutions.
• Utilize knowledge of healthcare environments, patient recruitment solutions, and global strategies for patient recruitment.
• Assist in developing strategies for risk mitigation.
• Oversee the creation, preparation, approval, and dissemination of integrated recruitment and retention strategies from sponsor contracting to closure.
• Define and manage community outreach initiatives, including liaison with advocacy groups and local chapter events.
• Coordinate operations of integrated solution partners, including meetings, progress reports, risk management, gap identification, and the implementation of efficiencies.
• Act as the quality-control gatekeeper for designated studies.
• Develop or review Participant Engagement Plans and supervise regular updates.
• Manage translation, printing, distribution, inventory control, and disposal of patient recruitment and retention materials.
• Lead discussions with sponsors and internal teams regarding solution performance and adjustments to enrollment strategies.
• Support departmental resources by assisting with studies as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for R&R Operations Project Managers, providing client updates and financial information.
• Oversee projects within contracted budgets and timelines, while also managing change orders.
• Identify, evaluate, contract, and manage suitable solution partners while addressing vendor-related issues.
• Ensure that deliverables align with customer expectations through projections, reports, updates, risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and documentation of scope changes.
• Lead discussions regarding new enrollment strategies.
• Contribute to opportunities for business development.
• Mentor junior team members and/or provide oversight in project management.
• Lead or engage in change initiatives across the Inclusion & Access Department.
• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or a related discipline within the natural sciences/healthcare field (e.g., RN).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet usage.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, complemented by a team-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities along with effective time management skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, each with distinct and specific requirements.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to remain flexible, adapt to changes, and work independently as well as collaboratively within a matrix environment.
