• Prepare and file patent applications.

• Oversee duties within a rapidly expanding and dynamic patent portfolio.

• Collaborate with demanding clients on matters related to intellectual property.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a similar physical science or engineering field.

• Have a proven track record in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, demonstrating the capability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced docket.

• Possess experience in wireless communications, software, and medical device technologies.

• Submit writing samples that showcase exceptional writing abilities.

• Display professionalism and strong communication skills with demanding clients, maintain attention to detail, and manage various client obligations effectively.

• Ability to work cohesively with other team members is essential.

• Previous experience in a law firm is highly desirable.

• Must have a background in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.

• Preferred experience in wireless communications, particularly 5G/6G connectivity and WLAN/Wi-Fi®, software, and machine learning/artificial intelligence technologies.

• Experience with medical device technologies, gaming technologies, and smart data capture is advantageous.
