Party & Event Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Address and follow up on incoming leads for parties and groups.

• Connect with wedding planners, bridal companies, venues, event specialists, and wedding-related organizations.

• Identify local businesses and organizations for corporate team-building initiatives.

• Cultivate relationships with potential referral partners.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with interested groups.

• Provide answers to questions and assist potential clients in selecting the perfect experience.

• Collaborate with the DivaDance team to finalize event bookings.

• Monitor leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.

• Drive new party and group reservations.

• Arrange bachelorette and bachelor parties, birthday celebrations, corporate team-building events, girls’ trips, group getaways, kids’ and teens’ birthday parties, private group dance sessions, and business and community gatherings.

• Unafraid to ask for the sale.

• Tenacious in follow-up efforts without being overly aggressive.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Comfortable reaching out to businesses and potential referral partners.

• Capable of working independently and managing personal leads.

• Truly enthusiastic about creating enjoyable experiences for clients.

• Experience in sales, event planning, hospitality, the wedding industry, or business development is advantageous but not mandatory.
