This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, customer interactions, and programs at the Executive Briefing Center.
• Oversee event timelines, calendars, agendas, and essential deliverables.
• Collaborate with customers, speakers, internal teams, and various stakeholders.
• Monitor event outcomes, attendance, feedback, and other critical metrics.
• Manage event budgets, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Handle event logistics, including food and beverage services, transportation, signage, shipping, and venue requirements.
• Ensure that vendors and internal partners adhere to established timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Source and coordinate with vendors, gather quotes, and assist in negotiations.
• Maintain vendor relationships, setting timelines and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Oversee daily operations of the Company Store, including orders, billing, inventory, and tracking.
• Work with vendors to guarantee accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Support the creation of presentations, event communications, surveys, agendas, and promotional materials.
• Facilitate post-event communications and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of events.
• 1–3 years of experience in event management, event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
• Background in corporate or customer events; experience in the technology sector is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in working with budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Experience with vendors and event logistics is advantageous.
