This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the bpro Parts Program Distribution Field Team and oversee field teams.
• Create and sustain a motivated, results-oriented sales organization that represents the client.
• Enhance automotive parts distribution via dealership networks and aftermarket channels.
• Develop market and account strategies while sharing real-time account and competitive insights.
• Offer program support to dealers, MSX field staff, and Mopar’s regional aftermarket sales team.
• Foster relationships with dealership leadership, aftermarket installers, fleets, and commercial accounts.
• Design, implement, and manage a national automotive parts sales and distribution initiative.
• Recruit, hire, and retain personnel for automotive wholesale parts.
• Serve as the main client liaison, coordinating communications and allocated resources.
• Create, implement, and revise project work plans as necessary.
• Generate reports, scorecards, deliverables, and analyses.
• Monitor project deliverables, issues, risks, and action items.
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, quality of work products, QA processes, and peer reviews.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams regarding financial objectives, resource needs, staffing efficiency, transition, and stabilization.
• Develop tools, guides, and presentations aligned with client needs.
• Negotiate and manage client commitments and expectations effectively.
• Track program objectives and provide performance evaluations.
• Propel team performance and implement measures to surpass program goals.
• Document sales, market, and competitive data on a daily basis.
• Provide weekly market insights and sales performance updates.
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting for executive management.
• Manage program Profit & Loss and conduct regular financial and program assessments.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and oversee daily operations.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the automotive aftermarket or wholesale sector.
• Professional analytical experience to pinpoint opportunities, trends, and anomalies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal, team-building, and participative management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High proficiency in PCs and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with dealership, fleet, installer, collision, automotive parts distribution, and aftermarket parts and service operations.
• Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology.
• Previous program management experience is preferred.
• Proficient in professional communication in English and any other languages required by the project client.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
• Capable of executing training, reporting, marketing, group facilitation, and product demonstration activities.
• Strong logical reasoning and solution-oriented decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with limited management oversight.
• Willingness to travel for several days across the continental US.
• Ability to engage in extended physical activity during training seminars.
• Capability to lift at least 50 lbs without injury.
