This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of Ventrata's extensive connectivity partner portfolio through scalable programs, regular office hours, partner communications, and routine health assessments.
• Spearhead a quality-gated onboarding process from qualification and scoping to certification, documentation, and launch.
• Enhance integration quality by promoting capability adoption, recertification, minimizing errors, and maintaining consistent technical standards.
• Oversee the quality and development of connectivity, OCTO, and Help Centre documentation.
• Manage incoming partner integration inquiries and facilitate complex Level 3 investigations alongside Connectivity Operations Specialists.
• Assist in refining the OCTO self-certification tool by incorporating partner feedback and operational insights.
• Represent Ventrata on the OCTO specification committee and translate developments into actionable improvements.
• Foster connectivity thought leadership through events, webinars, partner quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and customer interactions.
• Reactivate inactive integrations, identify growth opportunities, and suggest emerging strategic partners for dedicated account management.
• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships and collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Connectivity, and Connectivity Operations Specialists.
• Hands-on experience within the attractions, tours, and activities ecosystem.
• Understanding the distinction between a channel manager and a primary reservation system.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape.
• Experience in building, implementing, or managing integrations with travel experiences APIs.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs and connectivity.
• Ability to address partners' integration inquiries and confidently collaborate with engineering teams.
• Practical understanding of the OCTO standard.
• Quality-first mindset and sound judgment to manage a portfolio independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability to produce clear and useful technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and partner meetings, approximately 10–20% of the time.
• Proficiency in English.
• Additional European languages are a plus.
