This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Identify, research, and develop outbound lead lists.
• Efficiently manage inbound leads with prompt follow-up, thorough qualification, and meticulous CRM maintenance.
• Ensure a steady stream of new partnership opportunities.
• Facilitate and oversee partner discussions from initial introduction to finalization, encompassing discovery, qualification, pitching, follow-ups, and negotiation.
• Produce refined, data-driven partnership presentations.
• Present confidently to external partners.
• Develop and maintain Google Sheets-based trackers, reports, and analyses for effective pipeline management and forecasting.
• Clearly articulate Tiny Health’s value proposition to various partner types.
• Assist in creating a repeatable partnership playbook applicable across different partnership types.
• Keep accurate records of deal tracking, including stages, closing dates, next steps, notes, and forecasts.
• Establish streamlined processes and templates to enhance the partnerships function.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Marketing, and Science for seamless post-close transitions.
• Relay partner feedback internally and champion improvements that boost conversion and retention rates.
• Generate qualified partner meetings on a weekly basis.
• Expand pipeline coverage and enhance conversion rates.
• Shorten deal cycles through improved follow-up, structured approaches, and enhanced internal coordination.
• Over 5 years of experience in partnerships, consulting, business development, sales, or strategic growth roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source leads, execute outbound initiatives, and advance deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present comfortably to external partners.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through; capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a startup setting.
• Experience in healthtech, healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, and/or wellness (preferred).
• Familiarity with performance reporting and dashboards (preferred).
• Experience in creating outbound sequences and lightweight sales enablement materials (preferred).
• Startup experience or adaptability in taking on various roles (preferred).
• Proficient with CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce, and productivity tools like Google Suite, Notion, or Slack (preferred).
• A relationship builder with high emotional intelligence and strong partner instincts.
• Strong project management skills with excellent follow-up practices.
• Revenue-oriented; knowledgeable about pipeline, conversion, and closing processes.
• Resourceful, proactive, and scrappy.
• A process builder who enjoys establishing structure and scalable templates.
• Previous experience in a dynamic startup environment.
• Work experience in direct-to-consumer health/wellness companies.
• Experience working remotely, with proficiency in Slack.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and at ease with ambiguity.
• Remote-first work setup.
• Core hours are from 9am to 6pm CST, with flexibility of up to two hours in either direction.
