This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Drive the development of new business by identifying, prospecting, and securing hotel partners in South America, Central America, Spain, and Portugal for The Guestbook's cash back rewards program.
• Build and oversee a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and monitor progress against sales quotas.
• Establish strong relationships with hotel decision-makers to enhance profitability and improve account retention.
• Lead the entire sales cycle from outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with the Partner Success Team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process for newly signed hotel partners.
• Analyze competitor offerings and pinpoint opportunities for differentiation.
• Represent The Guestbook at industry tradeshows, conferences, and events to cultivate a pipeline of hotel partners.
• Gather feedback and advocate for the hotel partner perspective in product, marketing, and sales processes.
• Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Partnerships.
• Experience in a quota-carrying sales position, with a proven track record of surpassing revenue targets.
• Background in hotel commercial and/or SaaS sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with the markets in South America, Central America, Spain, and Portugal.
• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and build credibility with hotel partners through consistent communication, in-person visits, and performance evaluations.
• Capability to work independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in identifying reporting needs, gathering data, and creating visually compelling presentations for both internal and external audiences.
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills for client interactions and teamwork within internal departments.
• A robust work ethic, self-motivated, and able to drive initiatives while managing oneself; possessing an owner mentality in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Willingness to travel for tradeshows, conferences, and onsite meetings as required.
• Flexibility to work beyond traditional business hours when necessary.
• Over 5 years of successful experience in sales or business development.
• Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
