This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners in payment and technology sectors, such as PSPs, acquirers, gateways, APMs, fraud/risk providers, ISVs, agencies, and SIs.
β’ Manage partner relationships comprehensively, from initial outreach and deal structuring to final agreements and ongoing account management.
β’ Develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling initiatives, while driving the pipeline sourced and influenced by partners.
β’ Negotiate commercial terms, encompassing referral, reseller, and revenue-sharing agreements.
β’ Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to prioritize and implement integrations that provide value to merchants.
β’ Conduct partner quarterly business reviews (QBRs), enablement sessions, and co-marketing projects; act as the primary US contact for the ecosystem.
β’ Establish and monitor partnership KPIs, including pipeline metrics, revenue, activation, and integration milestones, while reporting on their impact.
β’ Represent DEUNA at industry events and within the US payments community.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles, preferably in the payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS sectors.
β’ Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including PSPs, acquirers, card networks, gateways, orchestration, APMs, and fraud/risk management.
β’ Demonstrated success in building and expanding partner ecosystems and generating partner-sourced revenue.
β’ Experience in negotiating commercial and revenue-sharing agreements.
β’ Excellent relationship-building skills, communication abilities, and executive presence.
β’ Ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
β’ Located in the US and willing to travel for partner meetings and events.
β’ Proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus (due to LATAM headquarters).
β’ Established network within the US payments and fintech ecosystem.
β’ Background in a payment orchestrator, PSP, gateway, or enterprise merchant.
β’ Familiarity with enterprise e-commerce checkout processes and API/SDK integration models.
β’ Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
