Partnerships Lead – Travel Industry Sales, Tour Operator/Supplier

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate opportunities for product partnerships, API/technology integrations, and travel consortia.

• Manage the entire partnership sales process from initial outreach to negotiation and final agreement.

• Transition signed partnerships for implementation while maintaining strategic oversight of relationships.

• Foster connections with travel consortia and brands to broaden the advisor network.

• Sustain and enhance existing partnerships with tour operators, technology platforms, and travel businesses.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams regarding partnership terms.

• Assist in travel advisor road shows, office visits, and conferences, including Business Development Representative coverage.

• Monitor and report on partnership pipeline and performance utilizing HubSpot.

• Represent Context Travel with potential partners and at industry events.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales in the travel sector.

• Established relationships with tour operators, technology/API partners, and/or travel consortia.

• Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles from initial outreach to signed agreements.

• Proficient in using CRM tools such as HubSpot.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and a self-directed pipeline.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Preferred familiarity with systems such as Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Meet, Gmail, HubSpot, Front, Slack, Zoom, Guru, and Basecamp.
