This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a partnership strategy aimed at establishing a scalable, revenue-generating partner ecosystem throughout the Americas.

• Identify, attract, and onboard strategic partners, which include PEOs, payroll providers, HR Tech platforms, recruitment agencies, and consulting firms.

• Utilize current industry networks to create new business opportunities and enhance pipeline growth.

• Take ownership of partner-sourced revenue objectives and manage opportunities from partner introduction to closure.

• Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

• Design enablement strategies, resources, and processes that assist partners in effectively positioning and selling RemotePeople’s solutions.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to develop co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.

• Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

• Monitor partner performance, pipeline contributions, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

• Provide leadership with insights on market opportunities, partner trends, and growth strategies.

• Continuously enhance the partnership playbook to facilitate scalable growth.

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key partners across the Americas.

• Represent RemotePeople at industry events, partner meetings, and customer interactions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles, preferably within HR Tech, EOR, PEO, payroll, or SaaS sectors.

• At least 2 years of experience specifically overseeing partnerships or partner-driven revenue channels.

• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing revenue targets in a role with quota responsibilities.

• A robust existing network within the HR Tech, payroll, EOR, or related fields.

• Proven ability to build partnerships from the ground up and create scalable processes.

• Strong understanding of EOR, payroll, and global employment solutions.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Experience with CRM and sales tools for managing pipeline and performance.

• Willingness to travel throughout America (up to 25%) to meet partners and support business development efforts.
