Partnership & Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Utilize a well-established network within the UKI fitness/wellness sector to create business opportunities for bsport.

• Manage the Enterprise prospect portfolio, encompassing the qualification, negotiation, and closure of intricate, high-value sales cycles.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement UKI go-to-market strategies, including Account-Based Marketing for key prospects and a Self-Serve approach for smaller accounts.

• Connect bsport’s Partnership Manager and Account Executives with industry contacts to establish new growth avenues.

• Represent bsport at industry events, trade shows, and with primary partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

• Serve as the face and brand ambassador of bsport throughout the UK and Ireland.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in the fitness, wellness, or boutique studio sector.

• A robust, active professional network within the UKI fitness/wellness industry.

• Demonstrated B2B sales experience, preferably with complex sales cycles or Enterprise accounts.

• Experience in partnership management.

• Exceptional skills in relationship building.

• A natural ability to represent the brand effectively at events and with clients, partners, and trade media.

• Comfortable operating in a rapidly growing SaaS environment.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

• Located in the UK or Ireland.

• Willingness to travel regularly across the market with a strong field presence expected.
