This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated corporate partners on a daily basis.
• Cultivate partner relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and consistent delivery of services.
• Establish and maintain clear and achievable expectations concerning deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
• Monitor partner satisfaction, address issues promptly, and escalate any risks to the Account Owner.
• Tailor and implement corporate engagement materials and frameworks for each individual partner.
• Oversee the implementation of partnerships in collaboration with Mission, MarCom, Finance, and Legal departments.
• Track deliverables, milestones, risks, and outstanding items across the assigned partnerships.
• Engage proactively with Account Owners, the Vice President, and internal stakeholders.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM, including communication activities, renewal statuses, and partner health indicators.
• Facilitate Finance and Legal interactions regarding post-closing processes.
• Ensure Account Owners are updated on partner health, relationship dynamics, delivery statuses, risks, and opportunities.
• Record partner feedback, outstanding items, and satisfaction signals to support readiness for renewal.
• Assist in the transition into the renewal phase by preserving relationship knowledge and partnership history.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, partnership management, or client services.
• Preferably experience within a nonprofit, corporate social responsibility, or sponsorship setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong process-oriented mindset.
• Capability to manage a complex portfolio while tracking commitments, deadlines, and relationship intricacies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in communicating across all levels of seniority.
• Strong understanding of expectation management and strategic judgment in execution.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines among internal teams and external partners.
• Proficient in CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Familiarity with the corporate philanthropy, cause marketing, or nonprofit partnership landscape.
