Partner Support Specialist, Bilingual in French and English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver professional assistance to BMO Partners regarding inquiries, account openings, transfers, and ongoing account management.

• Serve as the main point of contact for Financial Planners, Private Bankers, Regional Sales Managers, and Branch Partners.

• Take ownership of and follow up on complex cases while providing support to Partners with investment-related services.

• Comprehend customer needs and provide customized wealth and investment-related solutions.

• Oversee transactional outcomes and escalate any unresolved or complicated situations.

• Review and process documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Stay informed about investment markets, trends, and practices, integrating insights into customer discussions.

• Incorporate pertinent marketing programs and promotions into customer interactions.

• Comply with AML, terrorist financing, FCAC consumer provisions, Privacy Act, and other regulatory requirements.

• Detect and report suspicious activities connected to money laundering or other financial crimes.

• Make outbound calls when necessary to resolve complex issues and guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Perform a variety of tasks within established guidelines and address escalations from fellow employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or investment operations.

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong understanding of BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products and services.

• Awareness of competitive market trends and product offerings.

• Knowledge of risk management and compliance practices.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.

• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.

• Fluency in French and English to assist clients and team members within or outside Quebec.
