Partner Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist strategic partners in comprehending, positioning, and showcasing Pindrop’s value within their platforms and during customer discussions.

• Collaborate with partner solutions engineering teams to develop compelling value narratives and credible contextual demonstrations.

• Inquire and recommend best practices that link customer challenges, stakeholders, use cases, and outcomes to Pindrop's value propositions.

• Educate partners on product functionalities, cloud concepts, and integration options.

• Create and mentor tailored demo flows.

• Conduct enablement and practice sessions focused on value messaging, use-case positioning, integrations, demo delivery, and addressing customer inquiries.

• Prepare partners for customer meetings, platform demonstrations, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), prospecting discussions, and ongoing opportunities.

• Advise partner technical teams on API integration within CCaaS platforms and related workflows.

• Build and configure partner demo tenants, sandboxes, and CCaaS environments.

• Create reusable demo scripts, use-case scenarios, talk tracks, setup instructions, and integration documentation.

• Identify potential risks in partner-led demonstrations or integrations and coordinate internal support as needed.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate recurring questions, product gaps, and integration requirements into actionable field feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales engineering, partner engineering, solutions consulting, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role within enterprise software.

• Proven ability to transform technical capabilities into clear value narratives and customized demonstrations.

• Experience in enabling or coaching technical sales teams, partner SEs, or customer-facing technical groups on positioning and demo execution.

• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

• Significant experience with CCaaS platforms such as Five9, Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, or comparable ecosystems.

• Background in supporting or creating API integrations within customer- or partner-facing environments.

• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python, sufficient to read, explain, and troubleshoot logic such as Lambda functions in Amazon Connect.
