Partner Solution Architect, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Establish strong relationships with AWS Solutions Architects, primarily concentrating on specific verticals and open-source database migration initiatives.

• Create and present technical workshops, training resources, and enablement materials for AWS Solutions Architects.

• Develop demonstrations, integration documentation, and reference architectures highlighting Supabase’s compatibility with AWS services.

• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects on current opportunities and offer technical assistance to move deals forward.

• Provide pipeline insights back to the AWS alliance.

• Address implementation challenges for AWS Solutions Architects.

• Diagnose intricate integration scenarios and transform solutions into reusable resources.

• Keep consistent feedback channels with Supabase product and engineering teams.

• Evaluate success through co-sell opportunities generated, influenced deals, and SA enablement metrics.

• Author technical blog posts and case studies regarding Supabase implementations.

• Represent Supabase at conferences, meetups, and events sponsored by AWS.

• Create video content and interactive learning experiences to enhance AWS SA time-to-competence.

• Report directly to the Alliance Lead for the AWS partnership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical positions.

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS.

• Prior experience at AWS or as an AWS partner is essential.

• Familiarity with the incentives and recommendation processes of AWS Solutions Architects.

• Knowledge of how the partner ecosystem affects decision-making.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong technical expertise in PostgreSQL, APIs, React, and Next.js.

• Comfortable with uncertainty and capable of swiftly creating a playbook from the ground up.

• Driven by the desire to solve actual challenges for developers.
