This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement regional reseller and channel partner strategies that align with Docker’s go-to-market (GTM) approach and revenue objectives.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new solution partners and regional value-added resellers (VARs).
• Manage partner pipeline, which includes deal registration, forecasting, key account planning, and conducting execution reviews.
• Conduct regular partner meetings to discuss pipeline status, performance metrics, enablement requirements, and growth potential.
• Collaborate with Docker's Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical Account teams.
• Coordinate efforts between direct sales teams and reseller partners to optimize coverage and accelerate deal closures.
• Generate new business through reseller-driven and co-selling activities.
• Equip partners with the necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively sell and support Docker’s offerings.
• Initiate joint sales initiatives, regional campaigns, and partner-led demand generation efforts.
• Complete the onboarding process and familiarize yourself with Docker’s partner framework and primary partner segments.
• Cultivate relationships with both internal stakeholders and key regional partners.
• Create a regional reseller strategy and engagement framework.
• Establish organized engagement and collaborative planning with top-tier partners.
• Synchronize partner performance metrics, pipeline aspirations, and enablement priorities.
• Work alongside Marketing to develop a regional partner demand-generation strategy.
• Initiate collaborative sales and marketing campaigns.
• Outline co-selling and deal engagement processes.
• Monitor performance of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Foster strategic reseller relationships to enhance partner-sourced pipeline, new annual recurring revenue (ARR), renewals, regional coverage, and market penetration.
• Demonstrated success in constructing and scaling reseller or channel programs within a startup or rapidly growing environment.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise and/or channel sales, including sales through solution partners or VARs.
• Proven experience in executing joint marketing initiatives with partners and generating new pipeline.
• Preferred background in software, developer tools, DevOps, or security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Legally authorized to work in the country of application.
