Partner Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales partners and their sales representatives, guiding them from initial contact to successful contract finalization.

• Offer extensive support to current sales partners.

• Provide industry knowledge and sales-centric guidance to assist sales partners.

• Organize and conduct regular training sessions for both new and existing sales partners along with their sales representatives.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute sales events focused on photovoltaics (PV) and renewable energy.

• Attend on-site customer meetings with sales partners as necessary.

• Aid in the execution and finalization of contracts.

• Manage relationships with local sales partner leaders effectively.

• Represent the company with confidence and professionalism in all engagements.

• Several years of experience in sales.

• Eagerness to learn about new fields, including PV sales.

• Experience within a large financial services sales organization is an advantage.

• Strong self-motivation and resilience.

• Passion for developing and mentoring individuals.

• A strong drive for success, meticulous attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken.

• Additional language skills in Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous.
