This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a multi-state region with a focus on the North West area.
• Develop and sustain relationships with various WEX partners.
• Create requests for proposals/quotes and navigate the sales process.
• Finalize sales, boost revenue, and achieve an annual sales target.
• Organize and arrange travel itineraries, reservations, event coordination, expenses, and meeting logistics.
• Initiate and participate in meetings with both new and established relationships.
• Generate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from partner connections.
• Deliver finalist presentations to key decision makers.
• Offer product training and demonstrations to enhance market share.
• Focus on identifying growth opportunities.
• Engage in weekly and monthly Region Team meetings.
• Advocate for the use of Salesforce as a Customer Relationship Management tool.
• Promote the utilization of LinkedIn for communication, community engagement, and marketing.
• Travel at least once a month to a major market within the assigned territory, ensuring multiple partner meetings during each trip.
• Interact professionally with consultants, brokers, partners, and clients.
• Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned.
• Minimum of two years of sales experience in the payroll, HCM, or employee benefits sector.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Willingness to travel at least once a month within the designated territory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to read and write proficiently.
• Capability to listen, assess, and make independent decisions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Competence in planning projects and managing multiple tasks effectively.
