This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary point of contact for distributors, contractors, utility partners, and internal teams.
• Establish trust-based relationships that encourage program engagement and success.
• Drive projects forward through proactive communication, coordination, and follow-up from submission to payment.
• Provide support for presentations, training sessions, and in-person events that promote program offerings.
• Create and disseminate marketing materials and program communications.
• Assist with applications, project tracking, documentation, and resolving issues.
• Oversee program activities, maintain project databases, and contribute to reporting on participation, performance, and milestones.
• Collaborate with program management, marketing, outreach, rebate processing, and software teams.
• Adjust to evolving program needs, market conditions, and client priorities while ensuring customer service and partner satisfaction.
• Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience in energy efficiency programs, account management, customer success, outreach, sales support, project coordination, or a related field.
• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Self-driven to achieve results, with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable balancing client-facing duties with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Salesforce, and online application systems.
• Passionate about sustainability, clean energy, and contributing to a positive environmental impact.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as necessary.
• Experience with utility energy efficiency programs, demand-side management, lighting, building systems, or construction-related fields.
• Background in working with subcontractors, community organizations, or utility clients.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check.
• Pre-employment drug screening may be required, depending on the position.
