This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement partner programs, processes, workflows, and regular operational rhythms.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, which includes providing information, agreements, systems access, enablement, documentation, and internal transitions.
• Organize partner and field enablement initiatives, while maintaining relevant resources.
• Oversee partner content for revenue-related use cases, ensuring it is tagged, easily discoverable, current, version-controlled, updated, and archived properly.
• Update and maintain playbooks, partner profiles, enablement materials, process documentation, FAQs, templates, and other essential resources.
• Keep track of program metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and regular reporting; guarantee data accuracy and highlight trends, gaps, and necessary actions.
• Collaborate on operational tasks across Partner Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Services, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor deliverables, eliminate operational obstacles, document processes, and pinpoint opportunities for streamlining or automating routine tasks.
• Report to the Partner Program Director and assist the Partnerships organization.
• 3–4+ years of experience in partner programs, partner operations, sales enablement, revenue operations, program management, or a similar role within a B2B technology environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple programs, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables concurrently.
• Experience in supporting enablement, onboarding, content management, or operational programs for partners or teams focused on revenue.
• Strong project and program management capabilities, with a proven history of driving initiatives from inception to completion.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, systems, and documentation.
• Excellent collaborative skills across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Services, and other teams.
• Proactive, inquisitive, eager to learn, and open to developing strategic skills and taking on increased responsibilities.
