This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya, +5 more countries.
β’ Identify, engage, and evaluate potential implementation partners and resellers.
β’ Guide prospective partners through OpenFn's Partner Program, articulating its value and requirements.
β’ Structure and negotiate partnership agreements effectively.
β’ Discover opportunities to introduce OpenFn to partners' government and NGO clients.
β’ Assist partners in planning, scoping, and finalizing work.
β’ Monitor partner pipeline and revenue performance, reporting to OpenFn leadership.
β’ Broaden existing partner relationships into new countries, sectors, or accounts.
β’ Provide ongoing training and support for partners.
β’ Act as the primary relationship manager for key partners.
β’ Collaborate with product, services, and support teams to ensure partner success.
β’ Lead partner calls, regional meetups, content creation, feature prioritization sessions, and publishing opportunities within the OpenFn Community.
β’ Collect partner feedback and communicate regional insights and opportunities to leadership.
β’ Design and implement a certification program to bolster a scalable Partner Program.
β’ Oversee the complete lifecycle of partner relationships, including onboarding, enablement, and sustained partner-channel revenue growth.
β’ 8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or a similar relationship-management role, preferably within a technology or software platform.
β’ Proven track record of identifying, onboarding, and managing a portfolio of partners while driving measurable revenue outcomes.
β’ Strong grasp of partnership ecosystems and incentive structures.
β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of earning trust with senior stakeholders at partner organizations.
β’ Technical knowledge of software tools, especially those related to AI Agentic Management, system integration, and workflow automation.
β’ Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, fully remote team across various time zones.
β’ Fluent, professional-level communication skills in English and an additional language (Spanish or French).
β’ Reliable access to a quiet, dedicated remote workspace with robust internet connectivity suitable for daily video calls and cloud-based collaboration.
β’ Experience in the social impact sector or with organizations involved in health, humanitarian response, or government digital transformation (preferred).
β’ Background in a software implementation organization, systems integrator, or consultancy (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with digital public goods or open-source software (preferred).
β’ Experience in selling or delivering complex digital transformation, business process transformation, or data integration projects (preferred).
β’ Working proficiency in both French and Spanish (preferred).
β’ Previous experience in a startup or early-stage setting (preferred).
β’ Generalist capability (preferred).
