This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Provide comprehensive support to all sales teams and channel partners throughout the entire sales cycle to fulfill customer requirements.
• Utilize the Salesforce.com CRM & CPQ system to assist sales representatives effectively.
• Oversee a high-volume intake queue while ensuring adherence to consistent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Administer the partner deal registration process and lead routing efficiently.
• Examine contracts and order documentation for completeness and precision.
• Develop custom order forms, navigate complex deal structures, and escalate specialized issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Acquire knowledge and expertise in the quoting process.
• Organize deal reviews with the sales team; facilitate training, development, and adherence to operational policies.
• Manage the daily deal approval workflow.
• Serve as a liaison between Finance, Legal, Professional Services, and Sales to ensure smooth sales transactions.
• Identify enhancements in the Quote to Cash cycle to expedite order processing and boost sales efficiency.
• Assist with the reconciliation of various transactions and contract-related adjustments.
• Address partner inquiries concerning purchase orders, quote requests, invoices, order confirmations, status updates, and pricing information.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk within a SaaS organization.
• At least 2 years of experience collaborating with Channel Partners is essential.
• Capability to ensure that order details and documentation are accurately updated and entered into the system.
• Understanding of financial or revenue recognition principles and contracting guidelines.
• Background in a high-volume/multi-transactional environment for End of Month (EOM), End of Quarter (EOQ), and End of Year (EOY) processes.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment and execute new processes effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate cross-departmentally with multiple stakeholders.
• Communicates clearly and effectively across various situations and audiences.
• Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Tableau is preferred.
