Partner Operations Lead – Major Event Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the operational strategy for significant partnerships related to the 2027-2028 sporting events.

• Update a reusable operational playbook for future event collaborations.

• Take ownership of comprehensive operational planning for partnership programs, including the needs for executive hospitality.

• Oversee the allocation and provision of ticketing, accreditation, transportation, parking, accommodations, and hospitality resources.

• Create and execute onsite staffing and operational plans in conjunction with safety, security, and internal communications teams.

• Formulate contingency plans for workforce, guests, and onsite stakeholders.

• Manage agency partners related to ticketing, accreditation, and transportation strategies.

• Collaborate with activation leads and stakeholders to secure onsite activations and optimize asset value.

• Oversee approvals and submissions among stakeholder groups.

• Guide operational personnel on the execution of workstreams.

• Lead internal operational communications and regular taskforce meetings.

• Produce a Games Time Operational Playbook, along with executive summaries and recommendations.

• Report directly to the Senior Lead of Event Partnership Activations and work collaboratively with safety, communications, executive support, and agency partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Direct experience with both Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup events.

• Extensive experience supporting executives, board members, or other VIP stakeholders in a major event context.

• Exceptional organizational skills paired with a keen attention to detail.

• Proven capability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with teams.

• In-depth subject-matter expertise in sports, with an established network of connections at the IOC and FIFA.

• Experience in presenting to and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work onsite at events.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
