This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement partner campaigns and program elements, including emails, webinars, event assistance, and co-branded materials.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, reviews, and logistics for partner marketing initiatives.
• Create campaign briefs, draft copy, registration information, execution checklists, and other necessary materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partner contacts to ensure workstreams progress smoothly.
• Assist with partner communications, such as event invitations, newsletter sections, webinar promotions, and program announcements.
• Keep partner-facing content and resources updated in the partner portal and other enablement systems.
• Organize and refresh partner assets for easy access and usability by internal teams and partners.
• Tailor materials for partners, audiences, and regions while upholding approved messaging and brand guidelines.
• Leverage AI to speed up initial drafts, research, content variations, and administrative tasks, ensuring all outputs are reviewed and customized before implementation.
• Generate campaign and program reports, organizing engagement, lead, event, and relevant performance data.
• Evaluate results against established metrics and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide succinct performance updates for Partner Managers and marketing stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign expenditures and MDF usage within authorized limits while maintaining precise documentation.
• Suggest practical enhancements for campaigns, reporting, content organization, and team workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in B2B marketing, including support for campaigns, events, communications, or marketing operations.
• Experience in implementing marketing program elements like email campaigns, webinars, events, or co-branded content.
• Proficient in running reports, organizing performance data, and utilizing insights to recommend enhancements.
• Strong project coordination abilities, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in collaborating with marketing, sales, partner, and agency stakeholders without direct authority.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM and a marketing automation or campaign management platform.
• Proven use of AI in daily marketing tasks, including research, content drafting, data synthesis, or repeatable prompts and workflows, with outputs carefully reviewed and tailored using sound marketing judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in partner, channel, alliance, field, or event marketing.
• Background in marketing to or with audiences in the industrial, manufacturing, energy, or process industries.
• Familiar with partner portals, partner relationship management systems, marketing automation tools, and work management platforms like Monday.com.
• Experience in supporting co-marketing, market development fund, or campaign budget tracking.
• Experience working with technology partners, resellers, systems integrators, cloud or marketplace partners, or other partner ecosystem organizations.
• Hourly compensation of $45.00
