This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, enhance, and implement the core framework supporting Vanta’s worldwide partner marketing strategy.
• Manage partner communications, product launches, and enablement webinars.
• Establish and maintain an engaged partner community through content, enablement, recognition, and networking.
• Supervise partner funding and MDF programs, including AWS MDF processes, SCAs, compliance requirements, budget management, and payment execution.
• Oversee the complete partner marketing lifecycle from strategic planning and global investment distribution to lead-flow management, attribution tracking, and ROI evaluation.
• Convert Vanta’s campaign calendar and product roadmap into partner-friendly initiatives, campaign kits, and sales strategies.
• Equip regional and ecosystem partners to launch programs and assist strategic partner marketers with tailored activations.
• Ensure partner programs are adequately resourced, monitored, and optimized within six partner ecosystems.
• Deliver reporting and insights to the team and leadership for swift, informed decision-making.
• Collaborate across departments with partner product marketing, partner enablement, partner marketing, partner sales, systems, and finance.
• Report directly to the Head of Global Strategic Partner Marketing.
• 5-7+ years of experience in partner programs, partner marketing, partner marketing operations, or partner marketing communications.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration with a proactive approach.
• Previous experience in building and scaling partner or channel marketing initiatives, including packaged campaigns, co-marketing kits, partner plays, or partner communities.
• Experience managing partner marketing team budgets and overseeing MDF programs; AWS MDF and SCAs are highly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing a complete program lifecycle from planning to launch, tracking, and reporting.
• Highly organized and self-motivated; comfortable in a startup atmosphere where speed and ownership are essential.
• A curious mindset and a willingness to responsibly use AI to enhance efficiency and impact.
• Strong skills in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling, data connectors, and automation.
